創業2009年の沖縄料理・居酒屋チェーン「な美ら・ニコ」が、郡山市の店舗で沖縄ダイニングの店長・料理長候補を募集しています。ホール、キッチン、店舗管理など、スキル表に沿って段階的に成長できる職場です。
主な業務内容
- ホール、キッチン、店舗管理の業務
- 琉球泡盛・オリオンビールなどの販売と接客
- 琉球料理や沖縄郷土料理の提供
求める人物像
- 20代～30代、未経験・異業種からの転職も歓迎
- 学歴不問、フリーター歓迎
提供する待遇
- 正社員、月平均労働時間200時間のシフト制
- 時給350,000円～500,000円（経験・スキルによる）
- 社会保険、通勤手当、交通費一部支給、制服貸与、まかないあり
- 昇給・業績賞与、社員旅行、試用期間6ヶ月
