Onsite Cleaning & Facility Staff – Winter Ski Camp 2026

About the role

English Adventure is looking for enthusiastic onsite cleaning and facility staff to support its Winter Ski Camp 2026 in Tsunan, Niigata. You will help keep the campsite clean, sanitary and safe for campers and staff throughout the camp sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning toilets, windows and common areas.
• Restock supplies including trash bags, toilet paper and soap.
• Clear walkways and entrances of snow, working outdoors in winter conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities during both winter and summer sessions.

Required profile

• Age 18 or older.
• Available for all training days and camp sessions.
• Flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• English‑speaking, any nationality.

Required skills

• Basic janitorial skills (vacuuming, mopping, toilet cleaning).
• Ability to work outdoors in snowy and warm conditions.

What we offer

• Stipend of 10,000 JPY per camp day and training day.
• Reimbursement of transportation expenses from Tokyo to the campsite.
• Training from December 19‑22, with two camp sessions (Dec 26‑30 and Jan 3‑6).
