职位概况
作为项目经理，您将与客户及Aras团队紧密合作，负责Aras Innovator解决方案的实施，主导项目整体规划与执行，确保交付成果超越客户需求。
主要职责
- 主导Aras Innovator实施项目的提案、计划与执行。
- 开展日常项目管理，确保交付物在时间、成本、质量约束内完成。
- 识别并监控项目风险，制定并落实相应的应对措施。
- 协调内部外部相关方的参与与合作。
任职要求
- 具备商务、计算机科学/IT或工程类本科或硕士学位，或同等工作经验。
- 5年以上大型业务系统建设或业务/IT咨询项目经验。
- 在项目管理角色中成功主导企业级PLM软件（Aras Innovator）实施。
- 5年以上管理3人以上团队的业务系统建设项目经验。
- 具备项目预算及损益管理经验。
- 能够在最小监督下独立完成工作，并能同时管理多个项目。
必备技能
- Aras Innovator（PLM软件）使用与实施经验。
- 项目管理能力。
- 预算管理与成本控制。
