Project Manager – Japanese Speaking

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in Japanese to lead complex digital‑asset and blockchain projects in Tokyo. The role will drive project execution, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑impact solutions for institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and customer‑success teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to executive leadership and clients.
• Leverage technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
• Understand enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions to ensure smooth implementation.
• Stay informed on industry trends in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project‑management experience in banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with blockchain or digital assets is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to influence teams without direct authority.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
