Revenue Management Senior Manager

Dreaming big is in our DNA. We are looking for a passionate, talented, and curious professional to join our Revenue Management team in Tokyo, driving optimal pricing, mix, and profitability across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Steer the Commercial team to implement optimal sub‑channel, brand, and SKU mix to maximize profitability while meeting distribution goals.
• Define and implement optimal price structures using an OBPPC approach and plan strategic promotional pressures for key selling moments.
• Evaluate and approve major contractual investment decisions, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to a zero‑based budgeting mindset.
• Analyze financial performance by channel and client, manage ROI levels, and provide recommendations for future business partnerships.
• Develop pricing for new SKUs, considering local demand, tax compliance, and overall business direction.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to ensure accurate monthly closing, expense tracking, and discount accrual processes.
• Lead result analysis and full‑year forecasting for Japan/New Zealand, aligning with General Manager, Finance Director, and Commercial Director.
• Partner with Market Intelligence to identify risks and opportunities, continuously improving forecast accuracy.
• Work with the Technology team to enhance data collection systems and define future reporting vision.
