Rides Guest Services Supervisor

About the role

Join Rhythm Snow Sports in Niseko as the Rides Guest Services Supervisor, leading the daily on‑snow guest services shift during the 2026‑2027 season. You will ensure smooth operations, high‑quality guest interactions, and timely lesson deliveries in a fast‑paced ski resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day‑of Guest Services operation, setting the pace and ensuring all tasks meet high standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Guest Services team, making confident, on‑the‑spot decisions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to keep the lesson line‑up running on time.
• Resolve escalated guest enquiries, concerns and complaints promptly, following company guidelines.
• Approve refunds and resolutions within authorized limits, escalating when necessary.
• Supervise, coach and support Guest Services Assistants throughout the shift.
• Provide in‑moment feedback, assist with onboarding and upskilling of team members.
• Handle complex or sensitive guest interactions with professionalism.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Rhythm’s products, services and booking processes.
• Coordinate with other Rides teams and Rhythm departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in guest‑facing or hospitality roles.
• Strong decision‑making ability in a dynamic, on‑site environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work full‑time on a seasonal basis from November to April.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation or booking software systems.
