Job description
職務概要
Snowflake のシニアクラウドサポートエンジニアとして、AI ツールを活用しながら顧客問い合わせの迅速な解決とプラットフォームの安定性向上を担います。24 時間365 日体制のテクニカルサポートで、エスカレーションやオンコール対応も行います。
主な業務内容
- 顧客からの問い合わせ（ケース）を管理し、初期調査から解決、フォローアップまで一貫して担当。
- AI アシスタントや診断ツールを用いて初動対応や根本原因分析を効率化。
- Snowflake 環境、コネクタ、社内ツールを活用した問題調査・検証。
- Engineering、Product、Customer Success チームと連携し、複雑な製品課題の解決に取り組む。
- ナレッジベースへの解決策登録と AI が作成したドラフトのレビュー・修正。
- 祝日・週末のローテーション勤務およびオンコール対応。
必須スキル
- 5 年以上のテクニカルサポート経験（顧客対応必須）。
- SQL を用いた問題解析、クエリ実行計画・プロファイル分析。
- ログ分析、JSON・XML などの半構造化データの取り扱い経験。
- AWS、Azure、GCP など主要クラウドサービスの利用経験。
- AI ツールを活用した調査・分析能力。
- 日本語での優れた読み書き・口頭コミュニケーション能力。
- 英語での基本的な口頭コミュニケーションスキル。
