Senior Manager, Infrastructure, EDT

About the role

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure, EDT will lead Deskside and Service Desk services across the APAC region, aligning with Global IS to support business strategy and growth. This role focuses on delivering efficient, cost‑effective support while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Join the IT leadership team for EUS in APAC and ensure day‑to‑day Deskside and Service Desk services are delivered efficiently.
• Build collaborative relationships with site leadership, business stakeholders and Service Delivery functions.
• Manage service providers for Deskside and Service Desk across APAC and partner with regional managers to identify global efficiencies.
• Lead implementation of corporate IS standards for hardware and software at regional level.
• Ensure compliance with IS security, change control, SOX and other regulatory standards.
• Develop metrics to track value delivery and drive continuous improvement of service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 13 years of IT/IS experience, including leadership of people or service providers.
• Strong project management experience in cross‑divisional IS projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of medical device or pharmaceutical industry processes is preferred.

Required skills

• ITSM certification.
• Extensive knowledge of IS systems, hardware and software standards.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, IS Global Change Control and computer systems validation.
• Ability to develop and use metrics for service performance.
