Senior Manager, Strategy & Performance Management

About the role

The Senior Manager, Strategy and Performance Management leads operational excellence, strategic execution and performance improvement for the MedTech Deliver organization. This role oversees Process Engineering, Kaizen, Data Analytics and Strategy Deployment while partnering with finance, supply chain, IT and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Deliver strategies aligned with business and supply‑chain objectives.
• Lead annual strategic planning, objective deployment and translation of priorities into measurable initiatives.
• Own the performance‑management framework, KPI structures, dashboards and business‑review processes.
• Drive Kaizen portfolio, process standardisation, automation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Lead transformation programmes, establishing governance, risk management and benefit‑realisation.
• Develop and coach a high‑performing team of analysts, process engineers and Kaizen professionals.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or strategy, with 5+ years of people‑leadership.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and business‑transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, influencing senior leaders across functions.
• Fluent in English (business level) and Japanese (native level).
