Senior Product Manager – AI‑Driven B2B SaaS

About the role

Cogent Labs is building AI‑powered workflow automation solutions and is creating a new Product Management team reporting to the CTO. The Senior Product Manager will translate cutting‑edge AI technology into successful B2B SaaS products, bridging technical development and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Gather customer and market insights through interviews, usability testing and observation to shape product direction.
• Act as the primary interface between R&D, engineering, sales, marketing and strategic partners.
• Use research, data and stakeholder input to prioritize features and ensure successful product outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) and business‑level English.
• Proven ability to understand complex technical concepts and align them with market needs.
• Experience working directly with R&D/engineering teams.

Required skills

• AI/ML knowledge and experience.
• Document processing and workflow automation expertise.
• Understanding of Japanese business processes such as Procure‑to‑Pay and Supply Chain.
