职位概况
负责离散制造业客户的业务拓展与项目交付，支持客户的全公司ERP与供应链改革，实现价值链创新。
主要职责
- 开拓新客户，获取新项目；
- 与客户CxO及部门负责人建立并维护长期合作关系；
- 负责项目整体管理，推动全公司SCM与ERP改革落地；
- 协助团队进行行业解决方案的制定与实施。
任职要求
- 具备离散制造业（如汽车、电子）行业背景；
- 有大型/中型系统实施项目管理经验；
- 能够与高层管理者进行有效沟通并推动变革；
- 具备团队领导或项目团队协作经验。
必备技能
- ERP系统实施经验；
- 供应链管理（SCM）知识；
- 项目管理方法论及工具使用能力。
