Key responsibilities
- Lead pre‑sales engagements, presenting Braze’s capabilities and crafting solution proposals.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align solutions with client objectives.
- Travel to client sites up to 30% of the time to deliver on‑site demonstrations and workshops.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow‑up ability.
- Team‑player mindset and high intellectual curiosity.
- Business‑level Japanese and conversational English.
- Minimum two years of professional experience.
