Supply Chain Planning – Integrated Business Planning (MedTech)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Planning professional to lead demand planning and integrated business planning for its MedTech portfolio. The role focuses on developing accurate forecasts, managing inventory, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate internal demand, create comprehensive demand plans, and maintain target reorder points to meet fill‑rate goals while minimizing inventory investment.
• Facilitate forecast discussions with supply‑chain partners and internal teams (marketing, sales, finance) to improve forecast accuracy.
• Conduct monthly demand business reviews, resolve gaps between financial and statistical forecasts, and produce timely reports.
• Implement and manage forecasting software, ensure data integrity, and comply with relevant regulations.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for quality, cost, and delivery, supporting supplier scorecards and business reviews.
• Plan inventory based on sales forecasts, manage surplus/obsolete stock, and adjust reorder points to align with changing demand.
