Support Agent - Japan (Part-Time)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Support Agent / Administrative & Operations Assistant for its Candlelight team in Tokyo. The role supports the administrative, documentation and operational processes behind Fever's events in Japan, including the Candlelight classic concerts. It is a part-time position of 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a hybrid basis with an indefinite-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage purchase orders and keep administrative documentation accurate
• Review supplier invoices, check them against orders and amounts, and handle the paperwork for submission and payment
• Coordinate with external partners and suppliers on information, documents and scheduling
• Check event information on Fever's sales pages for accuracy and consistency, and follow up on corrections
• Update event plans, management sheets and other data, and track pending tasks and deadlines

Required profile

• Fluent Japanese, with good written and spoken communication
• Good working proficiency in English is a plus; it is not mandatory
• Experience in administrative support, operations, finance administration, vendor management or a similar role
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Required skills

• Spreadsheets and digital tools such as Google Workspace or Excel
• Nice to have: Airtable, Notion, Monday, Slack, and experience in events, production or the music industry
