About the role

Agoda is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale its world‑class team in Japan and globally. You will partner with senior leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and develop recruitment strategies.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑potential talent across Japan and globally.
• Conduct talent mapping and provide market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
• Lead recruitment projects and training to improve hiring standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience in a fast‑growing tech or product environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence senior leaders.
• Exceptional sourcing ability and proven top‑of‑funnel pipelines in competitive markets.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English.
