Technical Account Manager – AI & Customer Solutions

About the role

This isn’t a typical account‑management job. As a Technical Account Manager you sit at the intersection of customers, product and engineering, explaining what’s possible with the platform and feeding honest field signals back to product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of accounts, run discovery and innovation workshops, and design AI‑driven solutions that extend the platform.
• Build and implement AI‑powered workflows across customer data pipelines, leveraging large language models, automation and AI tooling to improve integration, quality checks and insight generation.
• Act as a structured feedback channel between customers and product, turning field observations into concrete product proposals and influencing the roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a B2B technology role with strong technical engagement (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer).
• Proven record of meeting account‑management targets and supporting new sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in audience measurement, research, advertising or related analytics technology.
• Excellent communication skills, able to listen, translate requirements and present proposals.
• Must be able to work permanently in Japan.
