Technology & Engineering Internship – Cybersecurity Focus

About the role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work within Bosch Japan’s Mobility central organization, focusing on cybersecurity trends for automotive applications. You will gain hands‑on experience in a global environment while collaborating across divisions and supporting technical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate cybersecurity trends for automotive use in both Japanese and English.
• Support cross‑divisional collaboration and development activities.
• Facilitate and coordinate team efforts related to security projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student, able to commit 6‑12 months.
• Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, presentation) and business‑level English.
• Communicative, proactive, tenacious, and reliable team player.
• Willing to live and work in a different culture and start as soon as possible.

Required skills

• Technical background with IT knowledge.
• Security, software, and systems engineering fundamentals.
• Understanding of automotive and IT technologies.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge, including hacking methods.
• Programming ability to modify automated processes.
