Job description

職務概要

Johnson & JohnsonのVision Care部門において、物流計画、外部委託製造所運営、技術サポートの3チームを統括し、サプライチェーン全体の最適化と品質確保を推進します。

主な業務内容

輸入調達・在庫管理・ベンダー管理を含むロジスティクスプランニンググループの業務管理と予算策定。
外部委託製造所（ROC）の運営管理、薬事法遵守と品質保証体制の構築。
ディストリビューションセンター等の設備安定稼働のための検証・評価・改善。
需要予測と生産計画に基づく在庫予測の分析・情報提供、欠品リスクの最小化。

求める人物像

サプライチェーン領域で8〜10年の実務経験を有し、ピープルマネジメント（5年以上）経験がある方。
改善手法（TPS、Lean、シックスシグマ等）を実践し、プロジェクトマネジメント経験が豊富な方。
