職務概要
日本イーライリリー神戸本社にて、障がいを持つ2028年卒の学生を対象にした2日間のビジネスキャンプを開催します。グローバルに通用する医薬品開発・製造・IT・マーケティング等の職種を体験し、キャリアビジョンを具体化できる機会です。
主な業務内容
- オリエンテーションとオフィスツアーで企業文化を理解
- 医薬品開発・製造・マーケティング等のケース課題に取り組む
- 社員へのヒアリングで課題解決に必要な情報を取得
- 課題のプレゼンテーションとフィードバックを受ける
- 障がいを持つ社員との座談会で実務経験を共有
