职位概况
2027年度面向应届毕业生招聘程序员和系统工程师，提供正社员全职岗位，工作地点覆盖东京、大阪、札幌等城市。
主要职责
- 参与软件开发与系统设计，完成代码编写、调试和维护。
- 根据需求文档进行系统功能实现。
- 协作团队进行项目进度管理和质量保证。
任职要求
- 2023或2024年毕业的大学本科或以上学历。
- 具备良好的学习能力和团队合作精神。
- 能够适应日本国内多个办公地点的工作安排。
必备技能
- 熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Java、C#、Python等）。
- 了解基本的软件开发流程和工具。
我们提供
- 月薪22万~25万日元（视学历而定）。
- 全年120天以上假期，含周末、法定节假日及年末年始。
- 完善的社会保险（健康保险、厚生年金、雇用保险、劳动灾害保险）。
- 试用期3个月后转正。
