職務概要
Accenture東京で、RAGやAIエージェントを中心としたカスタムAIソリューションの設計・実装・検証を通じて、お客様のAIトランスフォーメーション（AX）実現に貢献するポジションです。チーム・プロジェクトレベルで自走し、設計・実装・品質に責任を持ち、将来的にはFDE（Forward Deployed Engineer）やエンタープライズアーキテクトへ成長できます。
主な業務内容
- Agentic AIサービス（RAG/AIエージェント）やAIアーキテクチャの設計・実装
- Microsoft Foundry、Amazon Bedrock、Gemini Enterprise Agent PlatformなどのAIプラットフォームの活用
- フロントエンド・バックエンド・クラウド・データ基盤・セキュリティを含むフルスタック開発
- 技術選定・標準化策定、Agent Ops・AI評価・運用・ガバナンス、ハネスエンジニアリング
- AI駆動開発の自動化（GitHub Copilotなど）とプロジェクトマネジメント（デリバリーリード補佐レベル）
- 顧客とのソリューション検討・提案・要件定義・合意形成
求める人物像
- チームリード・技術リード・アーキテクトのいずれかの経験
- 最新技術を追随し、仮説駆動で課題解決を推進できる方
- 提案型アプローチができ、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
必須スキル
- Python、Git
- フルスタック開発経験
- RAG/AIエージェントなどのAIソリューション開発経験
- アーキテクチャ設計・標準化策定経験
- クライアントファーストの経験（要件定義・提案・顧客折衝）
