Associate Sales Director – Corporate Solutions (Japan)

About the role

CDP Global is seeking an Associate Sales Director to expand its corporate reporting and supply‑chain solutions in Japan. You will lead business development with strategic corporate customers, driving new sales and renewing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate market interest and represent CDP at regional events.
• Promote CDP’s holistic solutions for corporate disclosure, reporting services, and supply‑chain engagement.
• Implement sales strategies, develop plans, set targets and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, qualify inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and sales with corporate customers.
• Track record of expanding market presence and rebuilding sales momentum.
• Strong understanding of corporate environmental disclosure and sustainability reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
