職務概要
Coupangの日本法人であるCP One Japan（ロケットナウ）は、B2B営業チームに対して業務および管理サポートを提供する求人を募集しています。全体的な効率の向上、サポートSLAの短縮、加盟店への円滑な体験を目指し、新規店舗リクエストから店舗閉鎖までのリクエストライフサイクルを管理する業務を行います。
主な業務内容
- 買収完了後のB2Bブランドの運営・管理：B2B営業チームやアカウントマネジメントチームとの連携、ブランドからの問い合わせ対応
- B2Bチームと関連ステークホルダーをつなぐコネクター役
- Microsoft Officeを用いたデータの管理・クレンジング（データ洗浄・整形）
- 厳密なデータ検証を伴う標準化されたバッチタスクの遂行
求める人物像
- OfficeやGoogle Workspaceの基本操作スキル
- 細部まで正確に業務を遂行でき、SOPに沿って規律を守れる方
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力
- 歓迎：SQLの知識・英語・韓国語
