职位概况

负责在日本关东地区为Alcon批准的白内障及屈光手术设备提供临床培训、技术支持和安全管理，确保产品正确使用并提升术后效果。

主要职责

对外科医生及手术室人员进行Alcon激光及诊断设备的现场或远程培训与技术支持。
解答产品使用咨询，协助软件更新和设备安装。
在48小时内通过Salesforce系统向CAS经理提交标准化报告，报告不良事件和设备缺陷。
与现场服务工程师、销售代表及地区经理协作，安排新设备交付和故障排除。
向研发部门提供临床使用反馈，参与学术会议、研讨会及演示支持。

任职要求

专科学校毕业。
在眼科医疗机构担任手术室护士、临床工程师或视能训练师2年以上，或在眼科手术相关企业工作3年以上。
具备LASIK激光设备操作经验者优先。
具备基础英文读写能力。

必备技能

LASIK激光设备操作。
Alcon白内障及屈光手术设备使用。
Salesforce系统报告。
医疗器械临床培训与技术支持。
