Consultant – Commercial Services (Bilingual English/Japanese)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a self‑motivated Consultant to implement its Commercial Cloud solutions for life‑science clients in Japan. The role requires fluent English and Japanese and involves direct interaction with customers in Tokyo or Osaka.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement Veeva Commercial solutions (Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, PromoMats, Events Management) based on workshop‑driven requirements.
• Manage implementation tasks including workshops, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, data migration, integration, training, and go‑live support.
• Collaborate with Japan‑based and global teams, aligning with customers’ global governance and cross‑functional groups such as Product, Strategy, Sales, and CSM.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in IT consulting or professional services within a regulated industry (e.g., life sciences, banking, insurance).
• Proven experience delivering workshops, training, and requirements‑gathering sessions for software implementations.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Business‑level English and fluent Japanese.
