职位概况
负责月度管理会计、业绩分析及报告撰写，支持业务部门提升绩效，协同非财务部门进行成本分析和预算管理。
主要职责
- 管理月度管理会计，编制年度预算及季度业绩预测。
- 为高层提供业绩分析报告，推动业务绩效改进。
- 建立并监督内部控制体系，防范合规风险。
- 与各业务部门合作，预测未来数年的收入与费用。
任职要求
- 具备财务相关学士学位（BA/BS）或 CPA 等资格。
- 日语母语水平，英语商务沟通能力。
- 5 年以上 FP&A 工作经验，具备管理经验者优先。
必备技能
- 财务规划与分析（FP&A）经验
- 预算编制与预测能力
- 内部控制与合规管理
