About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a full-time Key Holder for its Hollister store at Tokyo Plaza in Koto City. The Key Holder drives the business through leadership and ensures a differentiated customer experience, leading a team of associates so that operational tasks, opening and closing routines and customer service run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Train and develop associates
• Deliver excellent customer experience
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Supervise store presentation and sales floor operations
• Protect assets
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Assertiveness and work ethic
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Adaptability, flexibility and stress tolerance
• Ability to multitask and learn from hands-on practice
