Futures Supervisor – Seasonal Ski & Snowboard Program

About the role

The Futures Supervisor leads Rhythm Rides’ 12‑week Futures Seasonal Program in Niseko, delivering high‑quality ski and snowboard training for young athletes. Reporting to the Kids Programs Manager, you will coordinate coaches, plan training sessions, and ensure clear communication with families throughout the season.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of the 12‑week Futures Seasonal Program.
• Develop and adjust weekly training plans and seasonal priorities.
• Assign coaches to athlete groups, manage on‑site adjustments and maintain staffing plans.
• Organise special events, training days and competition days in collaboration with the Kids Programs Manager.
• Foster a positive, inclusive program culture that supports athlete development and motivation.
• Provide scheduled support to the Kids Multi‑Day Program when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ski or snowboard coaching, preferably with youth athletes.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities to manage coaches and program logistics.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with athletes, parents and internal teams.
• Ability to work flexible seasonal hours and adapt to changing conditions.

What we offer

• Hourly wage ranging from ¥2,384 to ¥2,850 (approximately ¥466,597–¥557,197 monthly).
• Seasonal contract from November 9 to March 31, 30–40 hours per week.
• Travel allowance of ¥100,000 reimbursed on actual flight cost.
