Kids Program Manager – Seasonal (Niseko)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Kids Program Manager to lead Rhythm Rides’ children’s snowsports programmes in Niseko from 1 November 2026 to 12 April 2027. The role oversees the multi‑day kids programmes and the Futures seasonal programme, ensuring safety, quality and memorable experiences for children and their parents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the Futures Program Supervisor and the team of kids lesson instructors.
• Maintain a positive, child‑focused culture aligned with Rhythm’s values.
• Plan and manage staffing, group ratios and schedules across a seven‑day operation.
• Ensure safe, consistent delivery of multi‑day and seasonal kids programmes.
• Oversee child safety protocols, parent communication and overall programme performance.
• Handle payroll, operational records and labour targets within approved budgets.
• Collaborate with Private Lessons, Guest Services, Training, Operations Logistics and People & Culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading seasonal or recreational programmes for children.
• Strong team‑leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within delegated authority.
