Global Growth Representative – Remote (English Required)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Global Growth Representative to help our Tokyo‑based consulting firm acquire new international clients and expand our sales pipeline. The role is fully remote, English‑only, and focuses on outreach to markets such as North America.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels targeting international markets.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Qualify opportunities and support pipeline development activities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and coordinate follow‑up communications.
• Research industries, companies and market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Support operational and administrative tasks related to business development.
• Attend client or partner meetings when required, with travel expenses covered.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation.
• Proven success in cold outreach and outbound prospecting.
• Business‑level English proficiency and confidence in client‑facing conversations.
• Ability to work during or overlap with North American business hours.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote‑work environment.

What we offer

• Full‑time independent contractor role (30–40+ hours per week).
