Guest Services Driver

About the role

As a Guest Services Driver at Rhythm, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, transporting them safely between their accommodation and Rhythm stores while delivering a friendly, professional experience. The role combines driving, customer service, and support for stock logistics in a winter mountain resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport guests and staff between accommodations and Rhythm stores, adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Pick up and deliver rental equipment from guest locations as needed.
• Maintain clean, de‑iced, and fueled vehicles, reporting any damage or maintenance issues.
• Assist with stock transfers between Rhythm storage facilities and stores.
• Clear snow and ice around store entrances and pathways daily.
• Charge and store driver equipment (iPads, phones, scanners) at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with confidence driving in winter conditions.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Reliability, safety‑mindset, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps, tablets, and scanners.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, willing to help across departments.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and manage time independently.
