Internal Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused Internal Sales Representative to act as the operational link between account managers, FAEs, distribution partners and end customers, supporting the Lead‑to‑Order process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in partnership with the field sales team, focusing on procurement and planning personnel.
• Provide back‑office support for assigned accounts, including design registration review, pricing/quote requests and documentation.
• Work directly with customers on orders, IP/tools licensing and design inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage escalations on customer orders placed through distributors, coordinating with the centralized Sales Service team.
• Coordinate sample requests and new product introductions between field sales, product marketing and operations.
• Collect and analyze demand signals to prepare consolidated sales forecasts for planning.
• Maintain accurate design registration and opportunity data in the CRM system, ensuring correct distributor margins.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on contracts, pricing, compliance and prepare sales reports, pipeline updates and account summaries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of related experience.
• Strong people skills, business acumen and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication, adaptable style for different audiences.
• Understanding of FPGA sales process is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
