About the role
The Mako Product Specialist will support medical education programs and product initiatives for a leading medical device company. This field‑based position requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver educational courses for key customer groups.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing and sales events, and organize in‑class or virtual medical education courses.
- Gather, track, and organize data from education programs and support budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop curriculum pathways aligned with customer profiles and branding guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet timelines, and work within complex inter‑divisional procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
