職務概要
最先端のロボティックアーム手術支援システムや関連医療機器の保守・修理を担当し、現場での安全な運用を支援します。
主な業務内容
- 医療機器の現地出張修理および社内修理
- 定期的な保守点検の管理と実施
- 顧客ニーズに合わせたサービスプログラムの提案
- 修理部品の在庫管理・使用分析・在庫予測の立案
- 故障原因の追究と効率的な修理対応によるプロセス改善
求める人物像
- 医療機器業界でのメンテナンス経験（尚可）
- Excel、Word、PowerPoint等のPCスキル
- 現場目線で課題抽出し解決できる能力
- Network等の知識（尚可）
- ビジネス英会話（尚可）
- 高いコミュニケーション能力とプロセス改善・マネジメントスキル
