職務概要
中規模民間企業（従業員数2000名以下）を対象としたMid-Market Solutions Engineeringチームをマネジメントし、日本市場におけるBoxの成長とエンタープライズ顧客の変革を牽引します。
主な業務内容
- チームの採用・育成・コーチングを通じてハイパフォーマンス組織を構築
- 営業リーダーと協働しテリトリー・アカウント戦略を策定し、パイプラインと予測精度を向上
- SEプロセス（ディスカバリー〜導入・拡張）を標準化・スケール化
- Box AI、AIエージェント、AI Studio等を組み合わせた提案のレビュー・支援
- Enterprise向けセキュリティ・コンプライアンス要件への提案品質向上
- 顧客インサイトや競合情報をプロダクトチームへフィードバック
- 地域カンファレンスやセミナーでContent + AIの市場啓発をリード
求める人物像
- 5年以上のプリセールス・ソリューションアーキテクト等の実務経験
- 2年以上のチームマネジメント経験（採用・評価・育成）
- クラウド、SaaS、セキュリティ、エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、AI/自動化に関する実務知識
- 大手企業へのハイタッチ型提案実績と経営層・技術意思決定者との合意形成経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語での読み書きが可能な方
