職務概要
Box Consulting Teamの一員として、顧客のクラウド上でのコンテンツ管理導入をリードし、デジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援します。
主な業務内容
- 新規顧客の導入プロジェクト計画・リソース管理、実装リード
- 顧客のユースケース把握とベストプラクティスを活用した設計・設定支援
- 大規模データ移行支援およびトラブルシューティング
- Boxとサードパーティ製品の連携提案、エンドツーエンドのソリューション提供
- 営業・CSMチームと連携し、スコープ策定・見積もり・作業明細書作成
求める人物像
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験があり、顧客と協働して計画を策定・管理できる方
- 高速成長環境に挑戦し、能動的に行動できるチームプレーヤー
- 流暢な日本語と実務レベルの英語を有する方
必須スキル
- 2年以上のITコンサルティング経験
- エンタープライズ規模のSaaS導入・デプロイ経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントおよび顧客管理能力
