职位概况
Alcon在东京招聘眼科领域现场工程师，负责手术设备的安装、检查、维修等现场服务，提升客户满意度并推动业务增长。
主要职责
- 与销售及CAS团队协作，完成手术设备的安装、点检和维修。
- 通过提供维护合同和升级改造服务，提升客户忠诚度。
- 使用S‑max系统记录服务信息，管理客户和业务数据。
- 负责零部件库存管理，确保合规并遵循SOP和技术部规章。
- 利用服务呼叫中心快速响应客户需求。
任职要求
- 持有第一种普通汽车驾驶执照。
- 具备良好的沟通、问题解决和自我管理能力。
- 能够接受2‑3个月的培训以及后续的OJT学习。
必备技能
- S‑max系统操作经验。
