职位概况
负责为爱正园的残障人士提供营养管理与餐饮服务，依据个体身体特点与吞咽功能制定餐单，并挑选合适的餐具，确保餐食美味且安全。
主要职责
- 评估使用者的营养需求与吞咽情况。
- 设计并实施个性化的膳食计划。
- 准备、烹调并监控日常及活动餐食。
- 选择并管理适宜的餐具与用具。
任职要求
- 取得管理营养师资格。
- 年龄不限，具备团队合作精神。
- 能够适应轮班或弹性工作时间。
必备技能
- 营养评估与膳食配方能力。
- 了解吞咽障碍的饮食调整。
