Job description
职位概况
本岗位位于栃木县真冈发电所，负责发电设备的运行与保全策划管理，支持电厂安全、稳定运行。
主要职责
- 制定并执行定期保养检修计划，管理进度与资源。
- 开展设备诊断，评估健康状态，分析故障原因并提出对策。
- 推动保全效率提升，制定降本措施并落实。
- 与LTSA合同方进行沟通协调。
- （可选）参与运行管理团队，优化工艺流程，提高发电效率。
任职要求
- 具备发电所或其他工业厂房的运行、保全策划经验。
- 对发电所的运行与保全工作有强烈兴趣。
必备技能
- エネルギー管理士
- 公害防止管理者（大气）
- ボイラータービン主任技術者
- 電気主任技術者
