职位概况
负责札幌市大通店的ミントジェラート及多种薄荷产品的销售与店铺运营管理，兼顾客户信息管理与员工培训。
主要职责
- 销售ミントジェラート及薄荷油等食品、化妆品、杂货等产品。
- 管理店铺日常运营，包括营业额、库存、卫生等。
- 维护并更新客户信息数据库。
- 培训并指导兼职员工，提升服务质量。
任职要求
- 具备零售或接待工作经验。
- 能够与团队协作，工作细致高效。
- 有食品制造或餐饮工作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 基本的销售与客户服务技巧。
- 库存与卫生管理的基本认知。
