职位概况
作为新卒第一期生，加入サングローブ的销售综合岗位，负责向中小企业提供Web广告、招聘SaaS、EC制作等数字营销解决方案，工作地点在日本，提供完整培训。
主要职责
- 通过电话/邮件等方式进行客户需求访谈，发掘“集客”“招聘”痛点。
- 使用公司提供的话术脚本进行商谈设置，推进方案提案。
- 向客户展示Web广告、招聘平台等产品，制定ROI提升方案。
- 与团队协作完成项目落地，跟进合同签订。
任职要求
- 2027年3月毕业的大学、专科等应届生，专业不限。
- 具备良好的沟通表达和逻辑思维能力。
- 对数字营销、Web广告有兴趣，愿意接受系统培训。
必备技能
- 基础的商务礼仪和逻辑思考能力。
- 对生成式AI等新技术有基本了解。
