职位概况
负责川口营业所物流仓库现场的项目管理工作，主要协调作业进度、人员配置以及与客户的沟通，确保每日作业顺利完成。
主要职责
- 作业スケジュールの管理：制定并调整每日作业计划，统筹人员、时间和作业方式。
- パートスタッフの管理：指示兼职员工的作业，安排人员配置，后期负责勤怠管理和新人培训。
- 企業様との打ち合わせ・ご相談：作为客户的直接窗口，确认作业指示，参与费用、条件的协商。
任职要求
- 被评价为段取り上手（善于安排）的人员。
- 能够在计划顺利进行时感到满足。
- 对处理突发情况有兴趣并乐于思考对策。
- 年龄30岁以下，接受无物流行业经验者。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通协调能力。
- 时间管理与计划执行能力。
我们提供
- 月薪21万8300日元以上，另加100%加班费。
- 平均每月加班约3小时的工作环境。
- 参与公司多项工作方式改革项目。
