职位概况
本项目为“リアル体験型”进口车经销商工作体验课程，面向2028年3月毕业的在校学生，提供为期5至10天的现场实习机会，帮助学生深入了解汽车销售行业及经销商日常运营。
主要职责
- 参与公司与行业研究，了解经销商的角色与发展方向。
- 现场试驾品牌车辆（Jeep、Volkswagen、FIAT、ABARTH、Alfa Romeo），感受产品魅力。
- 与资深员工进行1对1业务陪同，观摩商务谈判、交车仪式等实际工作。
- 参与门店日常事务，包括洗车、清洁、SNS/博客运营、文档制作等。
任职要求
- 2028年3月毕业的大学、研究生、短大或专科学生。
- 对汽车行业有兴趣，热爱车辆。
- 具备基本的沟通表达能力，能够积极参与现场活动。
必备技能
- 无特定技术技能要求。
