职位概况

本实习面向具备量子、固体物理及材料物理知识的学生，提供在Micron日本半导体记忆体工厂参与生产技术研发项目的机会，周期为11至17天。

主要职责

加入生产技术开发部门的项目团队，参与设备、结构及器件分析。
根据个人专业背景分配至工艺、产品技术、设备或质量工程团队，开展物理模型构建与工艺优化。
协助识别不良原因并提出改进方案。

任职要求

具备物性物理、固体物理或量子力学等相关专业知识。
对TEM、SEM等结构解析技术或器件分析有兴趣。
能够在纳米尺度精度下进行工程分析。
2028届毕业生，能够在2026年11月、12月或2027年1月参加实习。

必备技能
