职位概况

在群马地区的しまむら门店，开展为期25天以上的长期实习，深入了解店铺经营与销售提升的实际工作。

主要职责

参与门店日常运营，包括商品陈列、库存管理等基础工作。
通过小组讨论，分析销售数据并提出改进方案。
与店铺员工及管理层进行交流，获取业务反馈。

任职要求

在校大学三年级或以上学生。
对零售经营、销售策略有浓厚兴趣。
愿意在现场实际操作并解决问题。

必备技能

具备基本的沟通与团队协作能力。
