職務概要
配管設備や機械器具設置に伴う架台・支持金物の設計を担当し、顧客要求の整理から仕様・要件定義、設計方針の決定までを推進します。
主な業務内容
- 顧客要求や現場条件を整理し、設計仕様・要件を定義する。
- 製作性・施工性・コストを考慮した設計方針を策定し、作図担当者や製作パートナーと連携して設計成果物を確認する。
- 設計・調達・製造の関係者と協働し、製作条件の具体化や仕様変更への対応を行う。
- 日々の設計業務から得られる知見を標準化・モジュール化し、AI活用可能な設計基盤の構築に参画する。

- 顧客要求が未確定の段階から案件に入り、要件整理や技術調整を主導できる方。
- 設計知見を標準化し、組織全体の供給力向上に貢献できる方。
必須スキル
- 配管設備設計の知識
- 機械器具設置に伴う架台・支持金物設計の経験
- 要件定義・設計方針策定の実務経験
