職務概要
訪問介護のパートスタッフを募集しています。青森市内の訪問先で、週1日〜1日1時間程度、平日のみまたは土日のみの勤務が可能です。未経験・資格なしでも、資格取得支援制度があり、短期間でも長く働ける環境です。
主な業務内容
- 身体介護：起床介助、オムツ交換、食事介助、入浴介助、排泄介助、車いすへの乗降のお手伝い
- 生活援助：掃除、洗濯、調理、ゴミ出し、布団干し、買物代行
求める人物像
- 普通自動車運転免許（マイカー持ち込み可）
- 介護職員初任者研修修了またはホームヘルパー2級（いずれか1つでOK）
- 経験不問、未経験OK
提供する待遇
- 時給1,200円〜1,300円（土日は＋100円）、賞与あり
- 介護職員初任者研修の費用全額会社負担
- 交通費・駐車場無料、屋内禁煙、定年60歳（再雇用あり）
- 試用期間3ヶ月、年次有給休暇
