Part-time Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail (Winter)

About the role

Join the Moncler boutique in Niseko as a part‑time Sales Assistant for the winter season. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalised luxury experience to clients while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in line with Moncler’s luxury standards.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and drive key performance indicators.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with VIP and VIC customers.
• Utilise CRM tools to capture client data and support repeat business.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and appealing.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid business acumen with a results‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in at least two languages among English, Japanese and Chinese.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of ¥1,700.
• Flexible shifts of 3‑6 hours between 3 PM and 10 PM, up to 20 hours per week.
