Private Lessons Manager – Seasonal (Niseko)

About the role

The Private Lessons Manager leads Rhythm Rides' Private Lessons and Resort Guiding department in Niseko. Working seasonally from November to April, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, personalised experiences while managing staff, budgets and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Private Lessons Supervisor and instructor team.
• Build a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Rhythm values.
• Oversee daily delivery of private lessons and guiding services, ensuring safety and consistency.
• Allocate instructors based on guest goals, qualifications and availability.
• Monitor capacity, adjust schedules to maximise guest satisfaction and instructor utilisation.
• Maintain accurate payroll, operational records and stay within labour targets.
• Handle guest issues promptly and ensure exceptional experiences.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, snowsports or private‑lesson environments.
• Strong communication and team‑building skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, staffing and operational performance.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to safety and quality.
