Reseller Operations Manager, Japan & Korea

About the role

Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As the Reseller Operations Manager you will own the end‑to‑end onboarding, transaction processing, payment, and support for Japanese and Korean partners across both hyperscaler and direct resale motions.

Key responsibilities

• Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea: application intake, screening, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, activation, and maintain partner records in Salesforce.
• Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: validate deal registrations within SLA, process marketplace authorizations and private offers, and provide end‑customer reporting for revenue attribution.
• Run direct (1P) reseller operations: manage partner quotes, order forms, booking, provisioning, commit tracking, true‑ups, and coordinate invoicing, currency, and consumption‑tax handling with Finance and Tax.
• Manage regional reseller incentives: eligibility verification, quarterly payout validation, and dispute resolution in partnership with global incentive operations and Finance.
• Provide first‑line operational support in Japanese and Korean during local business hours, localising onboarding, deal‑registration, and ordering content.
• Oversee outsourced or contracted operations capacity, ensuring scope, quality, and service levels, and coordinate local‑language certification and training with Enablement.
• Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea, tracking registration volume, cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue.

Required profile

• Operator mindset with experience in reseller onboarding and transaction processes.
• Familiarity with cloud marketplaces such as AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Experience working with Salesforce for partner record management.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, Tax, and legal teams on invoicing, currency, and tax matters.
• Experience managing outsourced operational resources and delivering localized support.
